Recap from this last week

Hey everyone! sorry i have been gone for so long! I have been meaning to write in here this last week, but it has been so busy that i really didnt have the time. So to catch everyone up to speed, heres a recap of this past weeks workouts. So i went back to the gyme last monday, after taking at least 8 days off, (according to my calender.) I went on tuesday and ran for 22 minutes and also wednesday and friday for 24 mins. I took thursday, Saturday, Sunday and monday off. Yesterday when i took a look at my calender and after inputing all my information in my workout book i realized i was slacking back into my old habits again with my workouts. I took more rest days this month then ever, and i was quite dissapointed in myself. I kept thinking in the back of my head, what was causing the problem...when i realized it was just all me. I thought about all the excuses i used such as Im to tired..or il do it tommarow and blah blah blah. So with that realization, i came up with a plan. My workouts have to be done, thats no question, even if im tired...i have to go. So i packed my gym bag with my cloths and shoes for the day and after i get off i work, instead of driving home, i will be heading straight for the gym. Get it done. I noticed alot of times, if i go home first....i will try to think of an excuse not to today when i get off work..i will be headed straight for the gym.....
