I am fortunate my organization supports wellness. Tomorrow starts a step challenge. I'm glad for these short-lived 6 week challenges because it helps to do something for just a little while. And then on to the next thing. I do better as a member of a team than I do on my own. And, we get a discount on our health insurance if we complete the challenges. So fire up the pedometer and away we go!
