What's for Dinner Tonight?

I know it may be hard to see, but for dinner I had a BLT made with Turkey Bacon, two slices tomato, a couple pieces of lettuce and hummus instead of mayo on two slices of whole wheat, 5 grain bread. And it was delicious!
Tomorrow may be a bit more interesting since I will be working with the babies and then going straight to dinner and then church. Wednesday night dinner is usually Wendy's, McDonalds or Taco Bell. So if you don't think you can eat mindfully at these restaurants, I would definitely check out my meal tomorrow. :) Throughout my journey, I have said that I'm not going to say "no" to anything, I'm just forcing myself to learn to eat in moderation and try my best to stay within my calories.
Side note, I was really sore again today. I didn't get out of bed til almost 10 after getting no e so late getting to bed even later. And when I did get up, I was so sore and tired that I felt like I had been hit by a bus. I tried to spend most of the day relaxing since my calves were so tight. I eventually put some icy hot on it to see if it would help and it didn't, so I decided to take a hot bath and that seemed to help a little, but not enough to make Zumba quite the same workout. I made it through, but it wasn't easy at all...in fact it was quite difficult. It was really dry in the room too so it was making it difficult to breathe. Hopefully next week will be a little bit more productive class with less difficulties and more sweating :)
