Day 4 of Turbo Fire done! Only 11 weeks and 3 days to go!

Today's workout was hard. I don't know if it was coming off of my day off, or the previous workout at physical therapy, or my snack just didn't hold me through. I really need to find a pre-snack that agrees with me. I used to have fruit smoothies with protein powder, but the fruit makes me blow up like a huge balloon, so I've stopped having those. It's a shame, because they gave me TONS of energy for all my workouts. Boo:(

I haven't weighed myself today. I'm a scale addict. It was just making me very angry and sad, so I said to heck with it. Let's see how long that lasts.. lol. I at least want to go the week without it.

I'm still waiting to see a drop in my pants size. Sigh. I've lost tons of fat off my sides, but still don't fit into my smaller jeans. I'm so impatient with these things.

Anyhow, I burned a total of 455 cals tonight for 52 minutes. My best effort so far!
