It's been crazy around here. School and sickness, church and work, kids and relationship issues! I've spent the last week on the phone, on xbox or at school. that's what it feels like! not to mention battling a massive cold. i've really been down and out the past 5 days especially. the good news is, i have 1.2lbs more to lose to hit the -50lbs mark. i am stoked to take progress pictures.. (i take progress pics ever 25lbs lost)
it's been a rough few weeks for dieting.. i gained a pound 2 weeks ago and didn't diet much at all. this weekend i've eaten what i wanted considering i was sick. the past 2 days i've nipped it in the bud a bit but i'm still allowing myself food when i'm hungry... gotta keep nutrition as number one when i'm battling an illness. hoping it's going away, though! i'm ready to start working out again. :\
