Quick Update!

I don't think I will meet my goal of 155 this month. BUT I am not upset about it.
I have been working a lot of extra hours at work. My social life has been busy too even though I have less free time. I am not complaining about having things to do outside of work!

Last week I went back to yoga. Well, it is at a new facility, but it is similiar to what I was doing before. I am going tonight and I hope to go once or twice a week as long as my schedule allows it! The class starts at 7:30. Last night I was here until 7, so hopefully tonight I will be able to leave at 7 also if not a bit earlier so I can get changed and relax a bit instead of rushing to class.

My eating has been pretty good. I still track everything. I need to step up my 5K training. I only used the treadmill a few times so far. I keep missing Zumba because the class is sat 6:30 and I am usually still at work then.

I may sign up for a 5K on 3/10. I don't know if I will be ready, but I think actually doing it will push me more! I can't wait for nicer weather!

I got my invite to the Firecrackers 5% challenge - I can't wait for that to start again! I want to do the Sparking as a Team challenge in March too. I was also invited to the Spring BL challenge Golden Phoenix team. Lots of team challenges going on!! I hope I have the time!

Hopefully everyone is pushing towards their goals! Even though I don't think I will reach 155 by the end of this month, I am still trying my best to meet some other goals! I am not giving up on myself!

    It's so impressive and inspiring how committed and put together you are with achieving your goals! That in and of itself is a great accomplishment! I wouldn't sweat not reaching your weight goal by the end of this month, because right now it seems your success is already so abundant ! Great job!

    I hope you are able to get to all your classes, and that you're getting some extra pay for staying so late at work!

    Nice job on accomplishing SO much in spite of your really hectic schedule. I love my yoga classes (I try to go twice a week, too) - it's some of my favorite exercise and me time during the week. Keep up the fantastic work and keep pushing - you can do it!

    emoticon You are so on track Kimpy. Giving yourself some time to get to that 155 is just fine, especially since you're remaining positive and excited about other non scale goals you are actively working towards. You'll be busy with those multiple challenges coming up. Glad to hear that your finding some balance to the busy season with some social opportunities as well.
    Keep the positive attitude. You inspire many of us. You inspire me more than you know. Thanks for your continued sharing.

    I really like your attitude. Never give up and look at your accomplishments. Every time we eat the right thing or exercise in any form we are improving ourselves and you have been doing just that! Awesome!! I tried yoga for the first time this weekend. It's hard!!! I'm soooooo not flexible. I admire you for taking classes. Zumba too! That looks so fun! Definitely sign up for the 5k. As you said, it will totally motivate you. Keep in mind too, that you can always walk part of it if need be. It's just fun to get out there with everyone and be a part of the excitement and have a goal of finishing.
