No Routine = Bad News

This trip has lasted 17 days and the last 7 days on Fitbit shows I've only walked 56,000 steps. AND, that includes over 20,000 for today and another 15,000-step-day last Thursday when we broke away for some "mall walking".

Obviously massive car travel and visiting does not make for good exercise. Or healthy eating. Yes, I've put on a few MORE pounds.

In the 17 days we drove over 3,600 miles and slept in 6 different beds! We're exhausted! Today was productive; I made soup and unpacked and did laundry and got the suitcases stowed away. TC cleaned out the car which was starting to look like we were living in it. GAH.

Today we got up early and did 7.5 miles on the city trail. Tomorrow back to the fitness center and our healthy habits! YESSS!

As much as I love traveling, and I do, I always enjoy getting home. It's my SANCTUARY!
