Well I'm back to hopefully being active on SP again. I have been gone for a few months, since the end of September to be exact. Things just got so crazy with my wedding, switching to full time at work, taking classes full time, raising my son, AND looking for a house, that I didn't really have time to be active on the site. I did however maintain my weight loss I had accomplished while I was really active on SP. It was only the past month that I gained back about 2 pounds. I think that is pretty good considering how long I have been away.

Although I wasn't active on the site, I did try to maintain a healthy diet. Try being the key word. I really felt like I had no time to get my workouts in with everything going on. However, I have started to feel guilty for sort of giving up. So I'm going to try and get back to getting in at least 1-2 workouts in per week, and focusing on my diet again. I know it is going to be a challenge, but it's a challenge I think I'm up for. The main thing is I know I need to get onto SP more often then not to keep me on track. It really was a life line for me while I was making so much progress and I hope it can be again. Anyways, thanks for listening guys, just wanted to get that off of my chest! emoticon
