Stepping Out Again!

August 1, 2012 I was at my goal of 125 pounds. It felt so great being able to slide on my blue jeans directly from the dryer. No stretching them, no huffing and puffing pulling them up, no struggle to get them buttoned.

Feeling so good, I thought a little nibble here and there won't hurt. The nibbles happening more frequently, forgetting to journal it it doesn't add up. Tracking went by the wayside.

Also, portion sizes began increasing. I ate the same foods as my husband and suddenly the began eating the portion size of him. That would have been fine except I don't get as much exercise/movement as he does. Now, a pound here, a pound there, adding them all up signaled I blew it...

Sunday, Feb 17th with eyes wide open, I'm starting over (again). Every step is either backward or forward. One, two, three steps - will they be backward or forward. Every hour of every day is filled with steps; Two steps backward, four forward...
