It's was a good day.

Monday, February 18, 2013

My co-worker said she would like us to go to the gym from Monday to Friday. Personally I aimed at three days for the week but she just had a baby and is anxious to get the weight off. I'm giving her as much support as I can and hopefully lose some much needed pounds along the way.
Hope everything works out, I think I'm too old for this emoticon . All in all I didn't do too badly after my long stint from that kind of exercise.
Believe it or not I'm looking forward to the rest of the week, I would certainly like to surprise myself and frequent the gym for the rest of the month God's willing.
All the best Sparkies.

So glad you have a friend to go to the gym with as that makes it more fun and doable. Wow, 5 days in a row is quite an exercise commitment but it will help you feel and look better even though I think you do already look wonderful. So glad to hear you're doing well. Enjoy your week and exercising.

That's the spirit! Your friend is lucky to have someone so dependable as you. Way to go, girl!

Here's what I read: all things considered, the brain can/will help the body provide the energy when the demand is there. Energy doesn't "happen" until output begins. (ie. sitting on the couch "thinking" about doing something will NOT create energy!)

    Go for it!
