57 minutes for the Coronado Valentine's 10k yesterday, my best 10k time so far. Although I felt like I could have run a little faster, it was more important to finish with Sy since it was a Valentine's run. Looking forward to crosstraining for a couple weeks before starting a training schedule for the rock and roll half (June 2) I think I'll focus on yoga and strength, which are things I tend to neglect when training for a race. Have way too much candy from Valentine's day but trying to only eat a piece or two per day, going to start counting calories again, still really motivated to drop 10 pounds before my birthday!
