Starting fresh

I logged on today to write this blog to record my efforts in moving forward today and there are two things I need write about.

1. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and went to the gym at work. I did the bicycle for 25 minutes. It feels great! I will be pushing myself out of of my comfort zone more often. I need to do this to achieve what I need to achieve.

2. The last blog I wrote was in November and I said I was going to make remarkable progress then. Unfortunately, that didn't happen for me. I'm going to think about why it didn't but I'm not going to dwell on it.

I made a commitment to make 2013 my year! My year to change! My year to be happy! My year to succeed.

My plan is to track my weight watcher points, exercise with my new gym membership at work, try a little yoga because it interests me, use all the wonderful advice from sparkpeople and post on blog more frequently.

I'm so excited to move forward! emoticon
