emoticon I have started working out Monday Wednesday and Friday mornings before I go to work. Before you even think about it, I'm NOT one of THOSE people. I'm just a regular, out of shape, obese girl that needs to do something about it. I thought I'd hate it, and honestly last week I did, but I found myself getting excited about it last night as I was packing my bag for this morning. I had no problem getting up this morning and was actually pretty stoked about getting some fitness in to start my week. I've only been really committed to this weight loss goal for about 6 weeks now, but I have to say I think I LOOKED thinner in the mirror this morning. Even if I didn't, I feel better about myself because I know I am doing the right things.

Maybe I am going to be one of THOSE people.

Why not Tuesday and Thursday??? Because I Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday nights. This keeps it exciting. I love Zumba, but it is really hard on my knees, feet and hips. I find swimming on Wednesday and Friday a good workout because I am pretty sore and this allows me to burn calories without the impact.
