I feel like I'm once again starting over - familiar feeling, yet this time it is a little different. I have that day after feeling of understanding my eating - which yesterday seemed connected to fatigue. So, I need to create a way to tap into other energy resources that aren't food - or at least do them before food. I was very sedentary yesterday and ate small amounts often, and today I feel better and my resolve is back, WHICH indicates fatigue was running the show.

Today is dress rehearsal night with concert tomorrow, then hubby is participating in a faculty recital on Thursday. He bought me a ticket to see him play in a rock orchestra behind Alan Parsons last week.

So, another busy week, but I plan to build the exercise in gently (I'm learning!!) and get in 5-10 minutes of exercise at each available break. The idea is to start to manage my energy by tapping into other resources. I will use my meditations and binaural beats as well as music, so I'm looking forward to some great shifts.

Please, leave suggestions about managing eating and exercise when fatigued.
