I pulled the trigger!

And signed up for my first 5k! It's not until August, so truthfully, I'll be doing atleast one more before then...but omgosh it felt terrific hitting the "sign up" button! And I'm super excited for it! I've been running almost every day, and gosh darn it, I'm making awesome progress! My normal treadmill workout now is walk 3 minutes, run 27, then 5 minute cool down. The treadmills at the YMCA shut down after 30 minutes so I'm kind of stuck with that right now :/. So I've just been increasing my mileage within the time I'm allotted :). Right now the best I've done is 2.80 miles within that 35 minutes, and I'm striving to get it at 3.2. I know I can do it, and every day I've been pushing myself just a little bit more 👍
