Still on a diet Swiss Miss kick. Doesn't give me the sugar rush, just fills me up as I add skim milk to it. Made cabbage soup for dinner, was really good, got the cabbage from hubby's garden. Love eating fresh food. Found a great recipe online. Love the web. Relaxed day, got a few errands done, saw a cute movie with the boys. Feeling grateful I got to go out to eat for breakfast, but stayed within calories for the day, since it was a late breakfast, was not hungry until dinner. Did I say I was grateful? Yeah, grateful.
