i feel like im doing good with every thing im doing on here im exercising everyday im eating more better so im very happy that i have made a change in my eating and exercising very happy about this i exercise everyday but when i start to jog in i get very tierd and feel like i have to stop do anybody have any suggestion that may help me with this problem but i do'nt want to get discourage and stop doing this all together.

    The same thing happen to me but I have only just started jogging (so as to get my heart rate up).

    I have found the the stopping has got less as I go on. Tonight I jogged more than I have walked. Maybe it will do this for you.
