    Thanks for your comment! Lack of accountability is the BIGGEST obstacle; if I plan to walk with a friend, I'll go. It's harder to weasel out of an activity if someone's planning on joining you. Congratulations on your gym attendance!

    I agree. The accountability was a big one for me. After I separated from the Army I had no one telling me to work out and so I fell into bad habits and put on a lot of weight. I recently signed up for a program with my health insurance in which they pay a portion of my gym fees. The catch is I have to work out at least 12 times a month. Now I am back on track. Yay me!!!
