So...this morning i woke up to a big mess thanks to my kitties...and then the scale didnt show a loss (thanks bloating!) In the past this would have thrown me off course and had me shovelling in the junk food and feeling like crap after but today!? I stayed within my daily points (i do weight watchers) and rode my bike for 30 minutes! I am so proud of me!
