So...I decided to cut back on the cardio minutes. Sometimes my energy level is way too low. Instead of an hour, I have cut back to 45 minutes. I didn't realize that doing so would change my calorie intake. You would think I would have known that being here on SparkPeople. Thanks again Sparkcoaches for that video on that information. Anyway...I've had trouble in the past on staying within the calorie intake range. Now that my brain has comprehended that that changes with exercise, maybe I can do this the correct way and see better results. I usually try to stay in the lower end but it's good to know that sometimes I can splurge a little bit, still be in range and not feel so guilty. Oh yea...I indulged my sweettooth yesterday but I didn't eat the whole serving!!! I stopped at half LOL. Didn't go past that calorie range though.
