What a week!

This week was an emotional roller coaster for me. The only positive thing about this week is getting my workouts in. Everything else seemed to fall a part. Can't seem to do anything right right now. Hopefully there is improvement over the weekend and next week. emoticon

    The most important thing about this journey is you keep on moving forward, regardless of what is going on. It is so great that you were able to stick with your workouts without letting other stuff get in the way. Keep up the great work and you will see great results :)

    Thank you! The support I receive from my spark friends is priceless. It does help being able to vent and getting such wonderful support and encouragement. Today is a new day and going to make the best of it. I have an AB workout due for today. Loving the burn! Have a great day everyone!

    Don't give up! You can do this! Just shake off this week off and start over! Make any adjustments you need to make, then make them! Once more, you can do this! So, hang in there and keep pushing!
