Did the Insanity Fit test tonight. I can see why it makes some want to throw up. After all that work, he has you on the floor in the end ab crunching from a push up position (Low Plank Obliques). I made it through though. Here's how many I did of each exercise:

36 - Switch Kicks
41 - Power Jacks
71 - Power Knees
22 - Power Jumps
10 - Globe Jumps
18 - Suicide Jumps
9 - Push Up Jacks (NOT my thing)
54 - Low Plank Obliques
