Rise and Shine!

Friday, February 15, 2013

In order to get in my 3 long workouts this week I got up and exercised at 5:30AM. I used to always work out this early in the morning. There has been many changes in my life and business and so I have adjusted accordingly. It felt great to do this early morning workout again. I did a 3 mile workout with Leslie Sansone.

I am sticking to the Isagenix program of eating 2 shakes a day and one healthy meal and 2-4 snacks. i much prefer eating 6 small meals a day anyway. I always feel really good with the 2 power shakes a day (isa greens and isa fruits) because I get extra nutrition and plenty of protein. I love the healthy protein for my vegetarian diet. I also get all the vitamins I need plus my probiotic. I am able to build really nice muscle tone and have long lasting energy this way, too.

There is much happening in my business and I am constantly working on my inner game. Since all healing begins in the mind, this is my primary focus 24/7.

It has felt like I have had a set back in my business as I continue working on my first video product, but everything happens for a reason. Every day is a blessing to be alive. I am grateful that my business requires me to constantly grow and learn in order to succeed. Some days the challenges seem overwhelming and then I just go back to the basics and clear the overwhelmed feelings.

I had the opportunity to take my 2 toy poodles to the private school where 4 of my grandchildren attend and assist my daughter with the story time. It was great fun and the puppies were a big hit with the first graders.

I also had my house cleaned today by a new cleaning service. I am so happy with the work that they did.

It's a pleasure reading your blog. So many nice things about it: getting your workout in right away, sticking to your nutrition program, even hassling with your job gives you a lot to think about to solve the problems and at last (I'm sure) achieve success! And then visiting your grandchildren with puppies! What a treat! Topped off with someone else cleaning your house and doing it right.
