I was not quite into it this week. maybe the stress of knowing this was my last week off before going back to work? I don't quite know what it was but I know the big mistake of the week was : not tracking. By not tracking I couldn't tell if I drank my water and I couldn't tell how much I ate. So I have to make sure I track most of my week if I don't want to do this again.

Here are the status of my streaks :

walking each day :
- record : 10 days
- current : 0 day
doing something else at least 3 times a week :
- record : 3 weeks
- current : 3 weeks
Stay within range calorie wise :
- record : 8 consecutive days
- current : 0 days

goals for this week :
- track at least 4 days
- stay within calorie range at least 3 days
- keep track of streaks
- keep being mindfull of the type of food I eat
- try going to the gym at least once

This week I am going back to work. I am expecting I may not do much exercise in that week. So I have to be carefull with food. it will be really wierd to be back at work after almost 6 months. still not quite sure how I feel about that.

I am still happy about this journey. I have lost a little more than 1 pound a week wich is about what I was aiming

We all stumble and you have a lot on your mind right now, with going back to work and all. Just take a deep breath and relax. You're fine, a small bump in a long and winding road. Have a great weekend :)

I know it can be stressful having to get ready for heading back to work. I think you will adjust quickly it may take a week or two but you will figure out a routine. I find I do well at work as I will take set breaks for water or food and it helps organize my day. I am confident you will do great and be back in a rhythm in no time!

emoticon emoticon So you had a set-back......we ALL have occasional set-backs. I'm glad to see you're dusting yourself off and planning to do better next week. Going back to work - especially after that much time off - can be both exciting and nerve wracking. Good luck to you!!

Who knows....maybe you'll find a walking buddy at work and you can walk on your lunch hour while gossiping about life. Those are the best walks....when it feels more like a social hour and less like an exercise hour.
