Much Better

After last night's moment of whatever that was, I'm feeling refreshed today. I am oddly relaxed and feeling much less panicky, which is something I am attributing to my workout today.

I tried a new program on the elliptical that kicked my butt - I was breathing heavy and exhausted at the conclusion. That sensation strangely put my mind at ease. Enough so that I thought about doubling my workout, but I know if I do that a whole new set of panic and personal expectations will surface. It's best if I work my way up to consistently more challenging activities, not go up and down and all over the place. In time though I hope to embark on the C25K program and become a runner.

Thanks for the reset, SP people, your words helped normalize my moment.
