Day 6 TF: Jumping right in!

I've decided to jump right in with the first regular week of TF on Saturday. I started with the Prep Schedule, but I found myself substituting harder classes, because the ones in the first week weren't enough. The back is doing amazing. It actually feels better! I had my first physical therapy appointment a couple days ago, and it helped a TON! I can tell my back muscles are getting stronger, and I'm learning to keep a straight back with whatever I do. All I know is, whatever that lady did to put my bones back in place using my muscles worked!

I did the Fire Starter Class today. That was the very first TF workout I did, about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I wasn't able to do it all the way through, I had to stop with 15 minutes left, then go back to it 10-15 minutes later. Today was no stopping!!! It's aways fun to see improvement in your fitness. Don't stay comfortable, people!!! Or your body will never change!! Challenge yourself, it's fun!
