What keeps me going?? Discovering that I actually like eating fresh, clean food - what a surprise. Not depriving myself - I can enjoy all foods, nothing is forbidden, just portion control it. Realizing that I like to exercise, but I don't have to keep pushing myself - it's okay if all I do is just walk and not go to boot camp. My motivation - I'm okay at this weight and if I never lose another pound, I am living healthy, making positive choices, exercising regularly and happy. That's what motivates me.
