V-Day weigh in

This will be another short but sweet entry. had a pretty good week food wise. Had another great workout at body pump class. But the scale didn't move much. I am sort of used to the fact that after a good week it takes my body a week or two to adjust so hopefully more downward movement next week. I will post a .4 loss for this week. Not much but any loss sure beats a gain! Hope you all have an awesome Valentines day!!!
