My 25th hour

So, SparkCoach wants me to blog about my biggest time wasters, they are as follows:
*Internet, I get in the zone and hop from place to place without a clear direction or plan for how to spend my time.
*TV - I love watching The Biggest Loser on Monday night. I don't love that it's 2 hours long.
*TV/Netflix - Well, now that I can access Netflix on the TV, personal computer, Nook and cell phone, I guess I have no excuses not to have a portable movie or TV show during my exercise time. Eventually I'll get away from that, but for now I'm using it to motivate me!
*Sleeping in on Saturdays - I really wish I was a morning person and could hop out of bed and get moving. I will continue to work on that. I need to push my bedtime back a couple of hours;)
