100 Day Challenge

Today, I joined a 100 Day Challenge team, pledging to exercise at least 30 minutes a day for 100 days in a row. I'm excited to have another motivator to keep working out. Tonight, I plan to lift for 30 minutes and run 2 miles. My next 5k is at the end of March, and I have been slacking in the running department. Sure, I've been getting my cardio in, but something about running is so much more challenging and rewarding than elliptical/recumbent bike/treadmill. The indoor track is so small (9.2 laps/mile), and I get bored. Today, the weather is very nice, so I plan to run outside.
