Virtual Weight

Thursday, February 14, 2013

So, I've been on probably 8000 sparkler pages and about 1/2 of the people have a little picture of their "Virtual" person at their current and goal weight.
Well, it took me a little bit, but I finally found the website:

I went and clicked on the appropriate choices of hair and body shape and bust size...I wish they had an "extra large" because these puppies probably weigh about 20 lbs each. I'm not bragging, it's tough to carry them around all day!!!

So...Here is me now...

and from the side

I was trying to find a full length picture of me...they basically don't exist, because I hide when the camera comes out. Here is one:

So my virtual model at my current goal weight:

and the side

I'm not sure if it's really a huge difference. Sure, they show it in the face...and you can see more of a difference in the side view. I guess it was fun to look at and do. I wish they could figure out big boned and what I look like because at 170 I will be a size 10, even though I'm only 5'6. I am big boned...hahaha, no really. When I grab my wrist my finger and thumb are about 3/4 in apart. They don't touch and I don't have chubby wrists either. So I wish is accounted for that, but thats ok. Can't wait to see what the "real me" will look like at my goal weight!

Here they are together:

Thanks for reading Have fun creating your virtual models!

They are fun to play with but don't seem totally realistic... If only we could truly make those changes with the click of the mouse... Victory would not be as rewarding though.

I loved creating my virtual model, but like you there were things that just didn't work out well. I, too, have a larger bust - I was a C cup when I weighed 125 lbs, yeah... And they really don't have big bones figured out. I have very wide shoulders and my wrists are very thick in the bone - about 1.25 inches one direction and 1 inch from the side. So yeah. Then again, I'm the same height as you, and I barely fit into a size 12 at 157 lbs - something about my thighs/butt/hips makes me have to wear multiple sizes larger than other people at my weight. Even at 125 lbs in high school, I wore a size 7/8 pants. I don't really ever expect to wear below a size 10 again even at goal! And I'm okay with that. :)

I was also a little disappointed with my virtual self. I have MUCH more shape than the chick they gave me! And my girl has this fat face and my face, neck and chest are pretty trim. Oh well. I went to makeovr.com/weightmirror/ and uploaded a pic of myself and it shows you what you will look like much more accurately.
