This week I started Coach Nicole's 7 day boot camp, I plan to do it for the full four weeks. I have so far only missed one day's strength video, I had a mirgraine that knocked me out. Good thing I walked that morning so that I did not miss an entire day of exercise. Funny thing this exercise, I always thought I hated it. I dreaded it actually. Now I NEED it. At least 10 min. a day. I know I can squeeze it in somewhere. Anyway, here we go with my weekly weigh in! Drum roll......... 201!!!! That is down 2lbs from last week! Go Super me. emoticon

January 10, 2013 - 210lbs
January 16, 2013 - 209lbs
January 24, 2013 - 207lbs
January 31, 2013 - 204lbs
Febuary 7, 2013 - 203lbs
Febuary 14, 2013 - 201lbs

For a total loss of 9lbs

So proud of myself.
