So far the week has been ok. I worked out every night so far. Had a setback last week and instead of losing any weight, I actually gained about 3/4 of the weight that I had already lost back. Going to keep pushing myself and not going to give up. Been pushing myself a little harder this week and maybe I will see the numbers going down instead of going up. Did ok for all but one of my food goals. Figured out that I can't eat out and do good for all of my food goals. Hopefully I will be able to do that soon. Night everyone....... emoticon
