C25K Week 3 Day 3 & Week 4 Day 1

Oops, looks like I missed blogging about Week 3 day 2 also emoticon
I didn't do training last week. I got the stomach flu and didn't do much of anything at all. Got back on it Monday, it was tough with not doing hardly anything for a week! Lots of huffin and puffin!
Today was Week 4 Day 1, the running time almost doubled today! emoticon Took puppy once again emoticon she was not very well behaved on the leash today emoticon Feeling pretty proud of myself, the 5 minute running increments had me intimidated but I made it! I love the C25K app on my phone, makes this so easy to keep going!
