Why do I want to lose weight?
1. First, I want to look and feel good about myself
2. I want to buy clothes that button around the middle
3. Losing weight would be great for my joints and hopefully decrease pain issues
4. I want to look good for my husband
5. Cholesterol and blood glucose numbers are creeping up and I want to reverse that trend.
