the snow finally melted, so it's safe to run again, and not a moment too soon. december and january were pretty low fitness months, and it showed with weight gain, but i'll be taking it off as i resume running, and training for my next half-marathon.
i ran 3.47 miles in 43 minutes.
plus a few! i know that's not a great time for a young whipper-snapper, but for a 52 year old woman who just started running 11-1/2 months ago, i'm pleased!
i'm excited to see what the year will bring.
