Recommitted and Refocused!

I was doing ready good before the holidays, but my working out and tracking kind of took a hiatus during them. I still did some workouts and tried to eat healthy, but without tracking I really didn't know where I stood. I did all my measurements this morning and was really happy that I didn't gain; I maintained or had little losses! I was pretty pumped about that!!

I'd been thinking that I need to get back on track and handle business, last night I watched The Biggest Loser and got all pumped up and got the motivation I needed to get it going again. If they can do it, I can do it!

So I got up early this morning ready to do it! I had a great workout and felt great after! I need to remember that feeling every time I don't feel like working out.
I've got my roommate and my cousin on board as well. It makes it a little easier when you have someone to motivate and be in the same boat as you :)

Training for my first 5K starts soon, so I'm training for the training! LoL My whole family is also doing this 5K; some are walking it, some are running it. I'd like to be on the running team, but we'll see!!
