Making great progress with the 5K plan

Feeling great today. Enjoyed my run walk yesterday with my running buddy. I ran for 5 minutes and it felt REALLY good! I impressed myself, didn't think I could go that long running.

My brother who is a runner says its all in my head that I "can't run". I am beginning to believe he is right. As long as I stayed focused on my form and my breathing I was good. I felt like I reached a milestone yesterday toward many others Lord Willing.

Truly on my way to that first 5K run! Still wide open for suggestions on breathing techniques and conditioning; all will be much appreciated.
