Day 3 - Todays Goals

As I sit here on my couch sipping coffee reading SP Blogs there is a little voice in my head that keeps repeating "dont be lazy - dont be lazy - dont be lazy" Hahaha!

I have alot of daily goals
short term goal - dont be on this couch more than an hour haha!
food goal - fresh unprocessed foods and only one cup of coffee (hard one!)
fitness goal - at least 30 minutes of some type of cardio
Mental goal - dont let my mind go negative (im fat - im not hitting my goals fast enough - etc)
long term goal - 50LBS IN 5 MONTHS!! I CAN DO IT!

I like to have alot of little goals - makes it nice when I can cross something off my list - even if it is something small like getting off the couch or keeping my mind positive.
