Just got done working out at LifeTime Fitness. 30 minutes on the elliptical with Scott. Doing the SparkPeople thing again and I like the "points" aspect... making it like a game and quicker rewards for the right kinds of behaviors. Makes me want to make sure to put in my weight, food and exercise every day.
