Day 2 of family biggest loser

Today is the 2nd day of family biggest loser. So far I have worked 80 mins this week. I have done zumba both days I'm going to do the strength DVD tomorrow hope it is as fun. I woke up today with a migraine but once i had a cup of coffee and did a DVD of zumba it went away for a little bit. I was hoping that doing so exercise it would have disappeared. I was naughty today since it's fat Tuesday I had one of those punkin (however you spell it) but i hope my zumba worked off those calories.

    Thanks for the encouragement I really appreciate it. So far I have 80mins in of exercise and hubby has 160mins so this week I'm stepping it up.
