2nd Workout

Well today I worked out after work, still a lil chilly but I could see. Here it is:

step ups (onto a step aerobic step) 1 set 1 min
Jump ups (onto the same step) 1 set 1 min
Squats 1 set 1 min
Lunges 1 set 1 min
Jump rope 1 min
Simulated jump rope 1 min (I am still uncoordinated and the rope would trip me up so I used an imaginary rope so I could jump and swing my arms for 1 solid minute)
Flutter kicks 1 set 1 min
jumping jacks 2 sets 1 min ea
scissor kicks 1 set 1 min
Planks Left, Right and Center 2 sets 30 sec each
wall sit 1 min

Well that is what I did. The fitness tracker is claiming 124 calories but I think it might be more. I am not sure I care for this fitness tracker I couldn't find flutter kicks or scissor kicks. Oh well don't care. Good thing I kicked butt in there because right now I can't really raise my legs real well. Ok Folks lets do this...
