My number 1 excuse for not going to the gym is the lack of time. Actually, I drive a taxi and can take off anytime I want. I really enjoy going to the gym. So I guess my number 1 excuse is just being lazy.
What I do is "schedule" my gym time -- from 12:00PM to 1:30PM each weekday. And in the event of work or life getting in the way, like it did for me yesterday, I subbed in a power walk in my neighborhood.
It's all about making it a priority and getting into a groove. Once you get started, you won't want to stop! 1926 days ago
