I am satisfied with my progress so far. I still struggle with cravings but am going to slowly make the changes that I need to make but I am learning to not just give up if I mess up on a given day.

    Cravings are going to happen. Occasionally you may even give in to them. Don't kick yourself. Move past it and remember that the moment you fulfill the craving, you can start at your goals again. We are all human. Stumbles happen, and perfection is an unrealistic goal. Live life and enjoy the journey!!!
