I had a very stressful weekend. I really went off track alot. But Monday I got back on track. This is a new start. I'm not letting my weekend ruin what I accomplished last week. I can do this.

    Yes you can! The only reason I've been successful for 18 months is because I get back on track every time I stray and I track EVERYTHING even if I go WAY over my calories for the day. Great job! You can do it!

    Good for you; getting back on track is the more important issue; at least it is for me. congratulations for putting it all behind you and starting over. that's the best kind of resolution. Forgive yourself for last week and move on.
