C'mon scale!

Ugh. That stupid number on that stupid scale is up this week. I haven't been perfect but I have been tracking my food and got in more exercise this week and I am up. I get that the number is not everything and there are some other factors but still. It is sad to see that number go up instead of down. Overall, this house has gotten a lot healthy. My hubby and I are doing a lot more cooking and buying healthy foods which is great. I am being more active and finally going to Zumba. I am proud of us but man. The older I get the harder it is for that scale to move. I will just keep chugging a long and hope that one day I see the results I want! haha emoticon
