WEEK #7: And I blew it!!!

Man am I peeved at myself or what!!!! How could a weekend make such an astronomical dent in my journey????

I just don't understand, really! I mean I did not go overboard that badly. Well, all week I was below my daily calorie intake and I didn't think it would have a negative effect on my weight loss. And I didn't get to my water as much as I would ,have liked to but I did do the required 2lt a day, so that should also have worked. AND I did the green tea exercise daily, and that made no significant change either! PLUS i stuck to my exercises very well.....

Now I really don't understand...... the little bit I did different on Saturday and Sunday could not have hurt me that much, so then what went wrong???

I mean I GAINED a solid 1kg!!!! This floored me let me tell you! It floored me! I almost gave it all up....

BUT I will not give up! I had a very blessed journey the whole of January and that was all due to making the right choices and working hard, staying disciplined and keeping the goal in front of me the whole time! It just shows, stick to the program and there won't be any regrets!

So no more moments of loose abandon. Keep a watchful eye all the time.

So now it's back to the drawing board for me, with renewed fighting spirit and zeal! I will loose that 1kg and more and that's it!!
