So we've been doing the Biggest Loser games for the Wii as workouts, and they kick butt! The only problem is that there is no way for us to determine ACTUAL calories burned during workouts, so hopefully I can get a BodyMedia here soon, I need a better grip on my calorie differential.

Today I bought a knee brace, some yoga socks, and a yoga headband, that has rubber grippers on the under-side to hold it in place, which is key for me because I have a lot of issues with that. The knee brace is a little tight around my calf, but that's because my leg is so fat right now, debating whether or not I should exchange it.
