Picture five things you want in your life, whether they are people, goals, experiences or things. How will reaching your small goals today help you achieve those dreams, too?

These types of ethereal visualizations are a skill that I continue to struggle with. What things do I want in my life - I have a loving husband (not a future thing); I want a less stressful career (nothing to do with weight loss); I am capable and able to do things that I want to do (nothing to do with weight loss). ARGH!
