Week 5

It's been a week with no exercise due to a terrible cold. I'm am sooo ready to get to the gym tonight! I haven't had to take any cold meds for a few days now and I only cough when I get too hot or winded. So, I'll be keeping my treadmill walk to a steady 3 mph walk tonight to re-acclimate myself to exercise again. I was hoping to be able to add a slow jog to my treadmill walk this week, but I don't think it's going to happen tonight due to my cough. Patience, Lala, patience...
Once this cold/cough is completely gone, I am going to start a class or two. We'll see....
